Shipping and Shop Policies

PAYMENT

Unless we have agreed upon an exception, I accept paypal.com and wepay.com payments. Either one allows you to use your credit card.

Gift Certificate payments: please select the “Money Order” option and enter your gift certificate code at checkout.  If your purchase is more than your gift certificate is worth, you will receive a separate invoice for the remaining cost of the transaction. Once that invoice is paid, your order will be processed. If your purchase is for less than the amount of the gift certificate, you will receive a follow-up email with a new gift certificate code for the amount of the dollar value remaining.

Payment must be received within one week of transaction, or your order will be canceled.

SHIPPING

Allow up to one week for orders to ship, although it is likely it will ship sooner. Custom orders allow up to two weeks, depending on size and nature of order. I use USPS first class or priority mail, depending on the order. Please contact me for shipping details if you need a specific shipping deadline met.

For International shipping, please understand your country’s customs timing and policies, as I will do my best to get packages shipped in a timely fashion. It is not in my control if your country holds packages for days or weeks past when you expect something to arrive. I WILL NOT REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROBLEMS. PERIOD.

Holiday shipping times are subject to the whims of the USPS. If you must have it on time, order early! Last day to ship is posted each year here. All orders on that date will ship USPS Priority Mail unless Express Mail option has been discussed and arranged in advance to be paid after shipment. If you do not have your package by December 24, it is the fault of the USPS and we will work to remedy the situation. All orders going out the final week of shipping will ship insured and with delivery confirmation so that the USPS will be responsible for any damages incurred. A report will be filed for the insurance and once the insurance is in my hands, you will be granted a refund in the case that the package was lost or damaged.

REFUNDS

Refunds and exchanges will only be granted in the extremely rare situation where your order arrived damaged. There is no guarantee that you will be given a refund unless we reach an agreement based on REASONABLE circumstances. Custom orders are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges. RUSH ORDERS (any order that in our discussion was considered a RUSH by my standards) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS, as I was not given time to correct any issue that could arise due to shipping, etc.

Custom orders may be eligible for partial refund if there is an issue with the quality of product upon arrival. In order to receive a partial refund, you will need to ship the order back, undamaged, in full to be considered for a partial refund. Shipping will not be re-imbursed or refunded. To date I have never had to issue a refund of this kind.

PLEASE READ: If you have a custom order that is also an INTERNATIONAL and/or RUSH order (look at your listing to see if you were charged a RUSH FEE and/or you are INTERNATIONAL if you’re not within the contiguous US): If your order does not arrive on time you are not eligible for a refund due to your country’s customs or any other non-domestic related delays in delivery. I provide tracking for you to deal with any International shipping issues, and will be happy to help you find out if your package is stuck somewhere..but I cannot control or be held responsible for Customs-related delays in delivery. If you can’t take the risk, I urge you to consider not purchasing a RUSH and/or INTERNATIONAL order, especially for orders with a strict deadline.

By making a purchase from my shop, buyer agrees to ALL shop policies concerning payment, pricing, shipping, returns and refunds.

HOLIDAYS

Holiday orders for custom items will be made and shipped as early as possible, but the last day of shipping to guarantee Christmas delivery is four business days prior to the holiday for IN STOCK ITEMS. Please do not expect miracles when ordering custom items that require time to make. Rush shipping charges may apply if you and I agree on a “Rush” order status for your purchases.
